New Residential Complex in Budva Features Swimming Pool and Panoramic Elevator

Budva Investment Montenegro, along with several private individuals, is planning to construct a residential complex spanning nearly 5,000 square meters in Dubovica, as reported by eKapija.

The development is organized into three segments, comprising a total of 37 apartments. Additional features include a swimming pool, a panoramic elevator with sea views, and a children’s playground.

The investor has also received approval from the chief state architect to proceed with the project, with Studio Lines from Podgorica responsible for the conceptual design.

As previously mentioned, the complex will consist of a basement and three segments, each featuring a ground floor and two upper levels.

Of the 37 apartments planned, there will be 18 studios, nine one-bedroom units, five two-bedroom units, one two-bedroom unit, and four three-bedroom apartments.
