Vučić: Milo Djukanović and I Share a Common Focus – Serbia

Tanjug
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić remarked that both he and the former President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, share a similar fixation – Serbia, which he loves, while Djukanovic detests.
At the conclusion of the Hotel The St. Regis Belgrade’s construction in the Belgrade Tower, Vučić made these comments to reporters, addressing Djukanović’s celebration in Podgorica following the preliminary results of local elections, during which attendees sang “stronger than Serbia”.
– I found it intriguing. Although our programs, plans, and visions differ greatly, we are united by an obsession. My love for Serbia contrasts with his disdain. I will persist in my love for Serbia, while he will continue to harbor hatred. Nevertheless, I also respect and care for the people in Montenegro, Serbs, Montenegrins, and everyone else – Vučić stated.
He declared that regardless of such songs, Serbia will progress.
– They might tell you differently, claiming their affection for Serbia, like Nataša Kandić and Nenad Čanak, yet the reality is that 99 percent of the people in Serbia do not echo this sentiment. I appreciate their display of obsession, as it motivates me to work even harder. What I accomplish tonight speaks volumes more than any song, ” Vučić concluded.
