The Finest Young Man in Bar
The Omladinc karate team secured the top spot in the overall standings at the esteemed international tournament, Trofej Bar.
This remarkable achievement included an impressive haul of 20 gold, 10 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
Ulcinj, who had previously claimed victory in Bar for four consecutive tournaments, came in second place with 14 gold, 10 silver, and 27 bronze medals.
The third spot was claimed by the Belgrade Karate Association, which earned 11 gold, 12 silver, and 18 bronze medals.
Finishing fourth was Panter with a tally of 7 gold, 5 silver, and 3 bronze medals. The fifth place went to the Kobra Kai club from Podgorica (5 gold, 3 silver, 7 bronze), while Kotor settled in sixth place with 5 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze medals.
The tournament’s organizer, the Bar Karate Club, participated outside of the competition and their results were not included in the overall standings, concluding their performances with an impressive count of 29 gold, 14 silver, and 28 bronze medals.
This year marked the 15th edition of the tournament, which attracted 826 competitors from 53 clubs across seven countries.
