Montenegro will be the nation that he departs from, stated Prime Minister Milojko Spajić during an economic conference in Budva.
The focus of this significant regional economic event, which has assembled decision-makers, distinguished business leaders, economic experts, and representatives of civil society, is the “decade of the Berlin process.”
– We are committed to enhancing the living standards of our citizens while ensuring that all reforms foster strong economic growth and are sustainable with respect to public finances – remarked the Prime Minister.
He further noted that the Berlin process will only succeed when the narrative of the future is shifted to reflect our actions as part of the European Union.
“Put simply, when we, as entrepreneurs and business leaders, gather to discuss the challenges and trends within a unified market, we will be taking a significant step forward,” Spajić added.
President Nina Drakic highlighted the critical role of the Berlin process for the economic, infrastructural, and political integration of the Western Balkans with the European Union.
– The Berlin process serves as a platform that enables us to work towards building a more stable, cohesive, and prosperous Western Balkans. Together, we can secure a better future for our citizens, strengthen our economies against global challenges, and bring the region closer to the European Union – Drakic concluded.
