Property for Sale: Vektra Jakić, a Montenegrin Company
The Bankruptcy Administration Vektra Jakić has announced an advertisement for the sale of a portion of the company’s property, with a starting price set at 424,600 euros.
The property is being sold in its entirety, located on the same cadastral plot in Pljevlja, and comprises land, business buildings, commercial premises, and a garage.
Interested parties can submit their bids within a sealed envelope until February 13 at 1 PM. The opening of these bids is scheduled for the following day at 1 PM in the premises of the court.
All companies and individuals entitled to purchase real estate are eligible to take part in this public competition, provided they submit a valid offer and a timely deposit. Bidders are required to pay a deposit amounting to five percent of the initial price.
The bankruptcy trustee will decide on the selection of the most favorable bidder no later than eight days following the public opening of bids.
The assets of the bankrupt entity, which are up for sale, can be inspected every working day during the advertisement period, from 9 AM to 2 PM, by prior arrangement with the bankruptcy trustee.
The Commercial Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings for Vektra Jakić on December 26, 2023. This bankruptcy was prompted by a proposal from the income and customs administration due to outstanding debts related to taxes and concessions.
