The bankruptcy administration for Vektra Jakić has declared the sale of a portion of the company’s assets, with a starting total price of €424,600.

The asset sale includes the entire property located on a single cadastral plot in Pljevlja, comprising land, commercial buildings, business premises, and a garage.

Interested parties can submit their bids in a sealed envelope to the Commercial Court by 1 PM on February 13. The bids will be opened at 1 PM the following day within the court premises.

All companies and individuals eligible to buy real estate as per current Montenegro regulations, who timely submit a suitable offer and pay the required deposit, may participate in the public tender.

Bidders must provide a deposit equal to five percent of the starting price.

The bankruptcy administrator will decide on the selection of the most advantageous bidder no later than eight days following the public bid opening.

The debtor’s property available for sale can be inspected every working day during the advertisement period, from 2 PM to 4 PM, by prior arrangement with the bankruptcy administrator.

The Commercial Court commenced bankruptcy proceedings against Vektra Jakić on December 26, 2023, initiated by the Revenue and Customs Administration due to owed taxes and concession payments.
