The Pljevlja police have apprehended and filed charges against an individual identified as HC (28), who is suspected of aggravated theft, as reported by the Police Directorate (UP).

According to their announcement, HC is believed to have committed aggravated theft by exploiting the owner’s absence from a family residence in Pljevlja.

“He forcibly entered the premises, where he searched through belongings and stole various items including several pieces of gold jewelry, four watches, and a laptop,” the release states.

“He has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated theft and has been presented to the acting prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Pljevlja for further proceedings. Some of the recovered items have been returned to the rightful owner,” the statement adds.
