The Archive of Public Gatherings reported that on Friday, around 35,000 individuals congregated near the Serbian Government building in Belgrade, while an additional 20,000 gathered at the roundabout in New Belgrade. Meanwhile, approximately 14,000 supporters were present at the ruling parties’ rally in Jagodina.
According to the organization, two major groups of protestors in Belgrade united at the roundabout near Ušće, after which part of the crowd moved toward Jurija Gagarina Street in New Belgrade.
“It is impossible to ascertain the number of people who joined these groups during their march to the common gathering point at Ušće, nor later along the shared route, nor to evaluate the crowd sizes at other protest locations throughout Belgrade that day,” stated the Archive of Public Gatherings.
They estimated that approximately 22,000 people participated in the protest in Novi Sad on Friday, while around 10,500 gathered at Sinđelić Square in Niš, and between 5,500 and 6,000 took part in the protest march in Kragujevac.
At the Jagodina rally in support of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, the attendance was about 14,000, according to the Archive of Public Gatherings.
